Can I customize features in LinovHR?
Absolutely. LinovHR provides an On-Premise service that allows companies to freely customize according to their business needs.
What is the difference between the Basic and Professional packages in LinovHR?
The difference between the Professional and Basic Edition packages lies only in which modules you will receive.
For the Professional Package you will get 7 modules (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Loan & Benefit, ESS).
For the Basic Edition Package you will get only 4 modules (Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll).
How long does LinovHR implementation take?
1 month depending on the number of employees.
Can I manage my company's HR in LinovHR even when I'm not at the office?
Absolutely! LinovHR HRIS Software can be accessed online via web-based or mobile application. This allows HR to work from anywhere without being in the office.
Can my employees access LinovHR?
Absolutely! From the employee side, LinovHR provides an ESS that can be accessed via web and mobile.
Can LinovHR HRIS be accessed via mobile devices?
Yes, LinovHR HRIS can be accessed not only via web but also via mobile devices.
Does LinovHR HRIS facilitate attendance and leave management?
Yes, our LinovHR HRIS Software facilitates companies in managing attendance and leave through a dedicated module — the Time Management module. In this module, HR can set work schedules, leave quotas, permissions, perform attendance recaps, and much more.
How can my employees know if their leave, sick, or permission requests have been approved?
To find out whether a leave, sick, or permission request has been approved or not, employees only need to check through the ESS application. In addition, the system will also send an email to employees notifying them that their request has been approved.
Does LinovHR HRIS provide a self-service feature for employees?
Yes, LinovHR HRIS Software is equipped with a self-service feature that employees can use for attendance, leave requests, permissions, viewing pay slips, and managing their personal data. This employee self-service application can be installed on iOS and Android.
What reports are available in LinovHR?
Every module in LinovHR HRIS Software is equipped with a Report feature that can be downloaded for analysis purposes. This Report feature can also be customized as needed.
Can I pay employee salaries directly from the LinovHR application?
Currently, this capability is not yet supported. However, if your needs are only to manage payroll — from calculation, payslip creation, to salary transfer — you can use LinovHR's payroll service which accommodates all of this.
Are there regular feature updates to LinovHR HRIS?
Absolutely! We will regularly update features to align with our clients' needs and HR industry trends.
Are there notification or reminder features in LinovHR HRIS?
Yes, LinovHR HRIS Software has a notification feature that can be flexibly set and customized as needed. These notifications can be distributed through the ESS application.
